Our Loyalty Scheme is Changing!
We are moving to a new and exciting loyalty scheme, it’s benefits include:
- Keep tabs on how many points you have using your smart phone’s wallet
- Exchange your points for money off and free offers
- Receive vouchers and money off offers on your birthday
- Use the same account for both website and in store purchases.
- And, of course use your points against the value of your shop
We are rolling out the new scheme across all of our shops. Our aim is to move our bakery shop at South Street, Ilkeston over before April, and then begin to move the others onto the new scheme throughout April and May. Online customers will be moved across afterwards. There will be a cross over period where both the old and new schemes will run side by side, so we want as many customers to enrol in the new scheme beforehand so they don’t miss out.
When the old scheme closes, we will move all of you existing points onto the new scheme, unless of course you ask us to move them over sooner so you can take advantage of some of the new offers.
For the best experience join the scheme by clicking the link below using your smart phone, fill in the details and then click the download button to save the loyalty pass to your phone’s wallet. Please include your existing loyalty card number if you have one so we can move your points to the new scheme.
To gain and spend points we will need to scan the QR code of your loyalty pass held in your phone. If you don’t have a smart phone, you can still use the scheme, but we will be have to print you a sticker of your QR code that can be attached to your existing card; this can be done in store.
